The certification of any model of stun guns includes two complex tests of this model. One of them carried out by an accredited organization of the Ministry of Health, and ensures compliance with parameters of stun guns biomedical norms in force in Russia. The result of verification is test protocol and medico-biological conclusion above mentioned organizations. In particular, make sure noted that the model of stun guns, presented on the test is non-lethal effects. Another check is performed in a laboratory electrical safety certified GOSSTANDART RF equipped by calibrated stands and applying a uniform method of measurement. The result of this test is test protocol, which fixes the compliance of parameters measured to parameters with the technical conditions for the model (of course, the technical conditions must first register with the Russian State Standard). And only on the basis of the above-mentioned tests and papers the Certification Authority issues a certificate for a specific model of stun guns.
